Refund policy

Not satisfied? No problem. At Hondeland you get a 14-day cooling-off period and a 2-year legal guarantee on all our products.

14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

You may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it. For an order with several products delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

How it works:

  1. Email info@hondeland.be within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the product you want to return. You may also use the model form below.
  2. We will email you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of your notice, well packed and with all parts and attachments.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we recommend using tracked shipping.

Condition of the product

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it (for example already used on your dog, with hair in it), or if parts are missing, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refund

We refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of shipment. The refund is made using the same payment method as your purchase.

Defective or damaged product

Is your product defective, damaged on delivery or not what you ordered? Email us at info@hondeland.be within 2 months of discovering the problem, with your order number and a photo or short video. We will then replace, repair or refund it free of charge. In that case, all costs are on us.

Legal guarantee

All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee from delivery for defects that existed at the time of delivery. Damage caused by misuse, dropping or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Exchanges

Would you like a different variant or colour? Return the product following the procedure above and place a new order.
