Shipping policy

Free shipping in Belgium

All orders within Belgium are shipped free of charge. You pay no extra costs, import duties or customs fees: all prices include VAT and shipping.

Delivery time

We process your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes on average 4–8 business days. Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse, which is why delivery can sometimes take a little longer than from a local shop. During busy periods (such as around the holidays) it may take a few days longer. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of ordering, you may cancel it free of charge and we will refund you in full.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow it to your door. It can take 1–2 days for tracking to become active.

Multiple parcels

If you order several products, they may arrive separately and on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery

We deliver to any address in Belgium. Please check your address carefully when ordering. If your parcel is not delivered or is returned to the sender because of an address error, we will contact you to resend it.

Lost or damaged parcel

Has your parcel not arrived after the expected delivery time, or did it arrive damaged? Email us at info@hondeland.be with your order number (and a photo in case of damage). We will sort it out with the carrier and send you a new product or refund you.

Delivery outside Belgium

At the moment we only deliver within Belgium.
