FAQ
Questions about the rope toys
Is your question not listed? Please feel free to contact us.
Which model is right for my dog?
For puppies and small dogs, the knot ball with loop and the chew stick are ideal. For fetching and tug games, choose the tug rope or the throw rope. The dumbbell is a favourite for carrying around and chewing on.
Is cotton rope good for my dog's teeth?
While chewing, the fibers rub against the teeth, which helps loosen plaque and food debris. It does not completely replace brushing your teeth, but is a nice addition.
Is the toy indestructible?
No. Cotton is gentle on the mouth, but enthusiastic chewers will pull threads out over time. Play together, do not leave your dog unattended with it, and replace the toy if it starts to fray.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Wash the toy by hand or at 30°C in a laundry bag and let it dry thoroughly.
